We partnered with one of India’s largest FMCG retail chains operating 200+ supermarket branches across the country to build a next-generation, Instamart-style on-demand grocery delivery platform. The goal was to digitize their entire offline infrastructure and create a seamless online shopping experience with real-time store inventory, instant delivery, intelligent order routing, and national-level scalability.
The final platform transformed the client’s traditional retail operations into a high-performance digital commerce ecosystem, enabling hyperlocal deliveries, automated stock management, and an intuitive shopping experience for millions of Indian customers.
